All payments should be made at least 10 days prior to the start of the quarter (Term). With approval from the finance counsellor the payment can be extended until through the drop add period of attendance which is attendance of more than one in a workshop.

You can pay partially and get started on your courses and a grace period of 20 days is allowed from the start of the quarter (Term) to pay the fees after intimation to the finance counsellors. However, if payment in full is not made a late charge of Rs 1000/- is charged from 20 days till 45 days of the start of the course. In the eventuality of non-payment of fees no attendance or grades are allowed for the quarter (Term).

Students can approach a bank close to their residence according to the residence proof they possess.
After registration with the institute, an admission letter from Stratford University is issued which helps them to apply in the bank. The finance counsellor hand holds the students for loan documentation.

The students who undertake loan may be allowed for deferment in the payment of tuition fees. Please contact a Finance Counsellor for further details.

The student can get any minimum amount to full fees as loan from the bank as per guidelines and criteria as per Bank policy.

The loan does not have to be disbursed at one go but it is disbursed for the courses undertaken and as per demand letter raised by Stratford. Hence the interest cost reduces proportionately depending on the amount disbursed.

The Educational Loan Plan is available to students who want to fund their education through loans to pay for tuition in Bachelors or Masters Degree or any short term programs.

For additional information on education loans, it is recommended that you may visit the website of the Banks. Prospective students are advised to consider the following:

  • The loans are at sole discretion of the bank according to the prescribed guidelines of the Bank.
  • The finance counsellors handholds the students for the loan process but does not guarantee the loans.

If Stratford University determines that if a student does not meet the criteria of educational loan, and if the student does not provide all the required documentation, then the student will be immediately responsible for any outstandings and will be required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Cash Plan.
A student’s eligibility to start or continue attending classes is at the discretion of Stratford University. If a student fails to make payment in a timely manner then his name will be withdrawn from attending future class sessions until the student pays the amount in full or payment arrangements are undertaken to the satisfaction of the Finance counsellor. They are also available to provide additional information if required.

By paying for one course at one time, you can manage your own budget. This Pay As You Go Model suits the students plan.
The student needs to pay all tuition and other fees in full before the start of each course according to the Cash Plan.
Payments are accepted in person and online. Stratford University accepts the following forms of payments in the name of Modi ATI Education Pvt. Ltd.

  • Personal cheques
  • Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft
  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Cash
  • Wire transfer

Stratford University accepts the following credit cards from the authorized person:

  • MasterCard®
  • Visa®

Tuition and other fees will be charged to the credit card or debit card which has completed authorisation to charge form of that card.
Payments can also be made by the above modes in any branch of ICICI Bank in Delhi and NCR in the account titled Modi ATI Education Pvt. Ltd or at the premises of Stratford University.
To select the Cash Plan, students must mention the same on the Student Financial Agreement form. For further information, contact a Stratford University admission counsellor.

Stratford University offers all Indian Army, Navy and Air Force personnel and their dependants a 20% discount in Tuition Fees.
Stratford University requires a certificate from the department stating that they are members of the defence services along with copy of the dependant card and other related documents from the defence.
The Defence Discount policy is applicable in case of New Enrollments only.
